Position Overview

Daily Harvest is looking for a Business Systems Manager, Operations to join our Culinary Innovation + Operations team. Our team operationalizes the Daily Harvest mission from conception to delivery. We build supply chains, create sustainable packaging solutions, ensure food safety, and instill production capabilities that benefit our customers, partners, and planet.

The Business Systems Manager, Operations plays a crucial role in streamlining operations and ensuring seamless integration of systems within our organization. This role involves overseeing various aspects of operations, integrations, quality control, and user support to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the implementation of NetSuite's Demand Planning and MRP modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure the modules, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Design, develop, and manage integrations between the supply chain network and NetSuite
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor inventory metrics and track progress
  • Develop integrations to seamlessly transition completed work orders, including those from our co-manufacturer network, into assembly builds within NetSuite
  • Ensure accurate assembly and inventory tracking and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Monitor and maintain all integrations, including Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL systems
  • Maintain thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and integrations
  • Conduct training sessions to educate users on system functionalities and best practices
  • Utilize the modules to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and enhance production planning processes

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of NetSuite experience, specifically in the operations modules
  • Proven experience in operations management, integrations, and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Shopify, and other relevant software systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is a plus
  • Project management experience is a bonus

The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $89,500 - $114,500. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
