We are looking for a Head of Revenue who will take ownership in driving the growth of our business. In this role you will be instrumental in shaping the company's revenue generation initiatives, forging partnerships, and driving strategies to accelerate expansion.
The Head of Revenue will also work closely with Operations and Engineering to ensure there is a seamless experience for customers and merchants while supporting new features. This role demands a unique combination of analytical ability, creative innovation, strong leadership, and relentless drive. This position presents a challenging yet rewarding opportunity. As a Head of Revenue you will be responsible for…

  • Strategic Planning: Own, define, and develop the company's revenue strategy and run planning cycles in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Revenue Operations: Use insights from sales operations to establish KPIs, metrics, and efficient processes for driving growth.
  • Data Analysis: Assess business data to evaluate the effectiveness and results of growth campaigns. Know when to halt initiatives or dive deeper.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate between departments. Partner with operations and engineering teams to enhance the product and new features.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, craft business models, and foster partnerships to expand market share.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure Ritual’s competitive positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals and targets cohesively.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate go-to-market strategies and refine business processes to enhance operational efficiency and maximize revenue streams.

We’re looking for a Head of Revenue that has…

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic sales and operations.
  • Proven experience in driving revenue, strategic planning, and team management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex business data.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Problem solver with a focus on innovation, growth, and profitability.
  • Ability to take ownership of one the most critical areas of our business.
